1. About us

Bevy Coworking Company is a registered partnership firm operating a coworking space at 702/703/705, Iris Shopping Centre, Hiranandani Meadows, Thane (West), Maharashtra. We hold UDYAM registration under the MSME Development Act. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services offered

​

Bevy Coworking provides the following workspace services:

• Flexible Desk (Dock & Go) — shared hot desk, available per day basis

• Dedicated Desk (WorkNest) — reserved desk, billed monthly

• Private Cabin (PowerPod) — private office for individuals or small teams, billed monthly

• Meeting Rooms — bookable per hour for meetings, presentations, or video calls

All services are subject to availability at the time of booking.

3. Bookings & payments

• All bookings must be confirmed in advance via our website booking calendar or by contacting us directly.

• A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a written confirmation from Bevy Coworking.

• Prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR). As Bevy Coworking is not GST registered, all prices are GST-exempt and no GST will be charged.

• Bevy Coworking reserves the right to revise pricing with reasonable prior notice to existing members.

 

4. Cancellation policy

​

Flexible desk & Meeting room bookings:

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time are non-refundable.

 

Monthly plans (Dedicated Desk & Private Cabin)

A minimum of one month's written notice is required to cancel or exit a monthly plan. Notice must be sent to info@bevyco.in. The notice period begins from the date the written notice is received. Fees paid for the notice period are non-refundable.

 

5. Refund policy updated

Eligible refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following circumstances:

• A day booking or meeting room booking is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time

• Bevy Coworking cancels or is unable to fulfil a confirmed booking (in which case a full refund is issued regardless of notice period)

• A duplicate payment is made in error

Non-refundable situations

No refund will be issued in the following cases:

• Cancellation of a day booking or meeting room within 24 hours of the scheduled time

• No-shows — if a member does not arrive for a confirmed booking without prior cancellation

• Fees paid during the notice period of a monthly plan exit

• Partial use of a monthly plan (e.g., vacating mid-month after the notice period has started)

• Termination of access due to violation of house rules (see Section 11)

• Voilation of signed agreement

Refund process

• All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@bevyco.in

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of approval

• Refunds will be returned via the original payment method only

• Bevy Coworking is not responsible for delays caused by the member's bank or payment provider

 

6. Access hours

​

• Bevy Coworking is open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

• The space is closed on major Indian national public holidays. Members will be notified of closures in advance via WhatsApp.

• Access outside of these hours is not available unless explicitly agreed in writing.

• Bevy Coworking is not liable for any inconvenience arising from holiday closures where prior notice has been given.

7. House rules

​

• Members are expected to maintain a professional, respectful environment at all times.

• Loud phone calls, disruptive behaviour, or activities that disturb other members are not permitted in open work areas.

• Smoking, alcohol, and consumption of tobacco products are strictly prohibited within the premises.

• Members are responsible for keeping their workspace clean and tidy.

• Shared amenities (printer, pantry, common areas) must be used responsibly and left in the condition in which they were found.

• Any damage to furniture, equipment, or the premises caused by a member will be the financial responsibility of that member.

 

8. Guest & visitor policy

​

• Members may bring guests only into booked meeting rooms. Guests are not permitted in open coworking areas or private cabins unless they are themselves registered members or paying day-pass users.

• The member is responsible for the conduct of their guests during the visit.

• Guest access to the premises is subject to the building's security requirements at Iris Shopping building.

 

9. Parking

​

Free parking is available to members and their guests within the Iris Shopping parking facility, subject to availability. Bevy Coworking does not manage or guarantee parking availability and is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles parked on the premises.

 

10. Liability

​

• Bevy Coworking is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings, equipment, or data left at the premises.

• Members use the space and its facilities at their own risk.

• Bevy Coworking's total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the amount paid by the member for the relevant booking period.

 

11. Termination of access

​

Bevy Coworking reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate a member's access, without refund, if the member:

• Violates any of the house rules listed above and in the signed agreement

• Engages in illegal activity on the premises

• Causes harm, disturbance, or damage to other members, staff, or property

• Fails to make payment for services rendered

 

12. Intellectual property & confidentiality

​

Bevy Coworking is a shared workspace. Members acknowledge that confidential business conversations may be overheard in common areas and are encouraged to use meeting rooms for sensitive discussions. Bevy Coworking is not liable for any unintended disclosure of confidential information in shared spaces.

 

13. Amendments

​

Bevy Coworking may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For significant changes, we will notify monthly members via WhatsApp or email.

 

14. Governing law

​

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thane, Maharashtra.
